Bjarke Ingels says “architecture is the art and science of turning fiction into fact.” Then as photographers we are transforming this equation again, this time back into fiction. This project is to research the history of a chosen location, the buildings, the uses; To understand in a concrete way what it is that makes up this place, what memories and functions it holds; To document the process of research. Then I focused on photographing the space, used the research to establish a mode of photographing that embodies the research.
